We are committed to ensuring conducting business with Pembridge is easy and efficient. Our Broker Accounting team is available to you Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm EST to help with all your accounting needs, and there are varieties of ways they can support.
Please note that the Broker Accounting Team is not licensed to speak directly to customers; requests should come directly from the broker.

To serve you efficiently, your clients can choose from two payment plans:
Full Pay: credit card, cheque or money order
- Monthly Payment Plan*: bank account (pre-authorized chequing) or credit card
* Please note, we will apply a service fee for both payment plans
The timelines for receipt of payments are as follows and can also be seen on Billing Inquiry:
- Credit Card payments through “Make a Payment” occur next business day
- Online Banking payments are within 3 to 4 business days
- Cheques are processed 24 hours after being received in our office
Monthly Pay Quick Tips
Pre-Authorized Chequing
- Payment is withdrawn from the account 4 days after the expiry day/date of the policy
- If funds do not clear, a second attempt is done 3 to 5 business days later
- If second attempt does not clear, the pay plan will be removed and a letter will be sent to the insured & broker
Credit Cards - Visa or Mastercard
- We accept Visa or MasterCard (not Visa or MasterCard Debit)
- Payment is withdrawn from the credit card on the expiry day/date of the policy
- If funds do not clear, the payment plan will be removed and a letter sent to insured & broker, NO second attempt is made

For a policy on MPP, please contact Broker Accounting to remove the monthly payment plan and submit the cancellation to Underwriting through secure delivery.

Credit Card:
- Online: www.pembridge.com or www.pafco.ca > Customer Service > Make a Payment > Online Payment Option
- Alternatively, please contact the Broker Accounting Department at 1-866-887-7692
- An insured can make a payment through their financial institution. A separate account number (13 digits) is necessary for auto and property policies. The account number is the policy number and the effective date of the policy (MM/DD).
For defaulted payments, please confirm if the payment plan is permitted to continue or if payment in full is required. To reinstate the payment plan, we need the following in GUARANTEED FUNDS:
- The missed payment plus the following month’s payment, plus an administrative service charge of $50.00 + any applicable taxes.
All refund cheques will be held for 15 business days from the last MPP withdrawal date before being mailed out to the insured.
