President's Corner | with Bob Tisdale

Very early in my career, I had a conversation with my boss about my future. I was young and keen with my work, but he imparted the most valuable piece of advice I ever received: “The best way to move forward in your career is by furthering your education.”

Important | Discontinuation of HITS Reports

In October 2017, we communicated that we would no longer require HITS reports to be ordered and submitted with Property New Business applications.

Some insurers have stopped submitting claims data for HITS. Effective June 15, 2019, Pembridge will also cease submitting our claim information. With this change, HITS reports can no longer be ordered for Pembridge.

As a reminder, ensuring that all claims are disclosed on new applications is an imperative step in ensuring we offer the right price and coverage to your customers.
