Introducing Erin Keefe

In March, Pembridge welcomed its new Alberta Broker Relationship Manager, Erin Keefe (not to be confused with Erin Noonan, our other BRM!).

Erin has over 15 years of experience in the insurance and financial industries. Since joining us, she has been in the field beginning to develop relationships with Brokers. She is hoping her open and honest nature will show that she will be a trusted ally, and that working to assist those in her territory with whatever they need, in a timely manner, will help to deepen her relationships.

Erin recognizes that it’s a tough time for brokers in Alberta these days. “There is a lot of uncertainty about what the future will bring,” comments Erin. “This is forcing all of us to change how we approach our business processes which is ultimately a good thing, but has created significant challenges for Brokers over the past year. I am here to help them navigate the customer side and to make their job easier, while demonstrating the value that Pembridge can offer.”

Born in Calgary, Erin has lived in Edmonton her whole life, which means she has a great understanding of the industry landscape in Alberta. When she’s not spending time and travelling with her husband and 2 daughters, she likes to stay active by running, biking and playing ringette. “I’ve run half marathons every year, which forces me to get out and challenge myself. I don’t run to win - I run to finish and enjoy the scenery along the way”.
