Pembridge welcomed its new Ontario Broker Relationship Manager, Carolina Molder, in April this year.
Carolina has over 18 years of experience in the insurance industry, having worn many hats in Claims, Project Management and Business Development. Since joining us, she has been out in the field beginning to develop relationships with Brokers. Her consultative and collaborative approach will serve as an excellent foundation as she advocates and works to provide creative solutions during this challenging cycle.
“Brokers have a difficult job these days,” comments Carolina. “They deal with many markets with different wants and needs, and are facing many changes within the industry, in Personal and Commercial lines. I look forward to working with the Brokers in my territory and helping them tread these challenging waters, while showing them the value that Pembridge can offer”.
When Carolina's not busy participating in Cross-Fit, she enjoys spending time and travelling with her husband and 5 and 7-year-old sons.
